Welcome to our house - a cozy, stylish pearl in a popular area close to CPH. 2 kids are living here age 2 (girl) and 6 (boy) so it is very family friendly and have everything you could wish for in that regard. The house is located close to several beaches, parks, lakes and the S-train to Copenhagen city center is only a 10 mins walk away while the train takes only 8 mins. It is very warm and welcoming with plenty of sun. The terrasse is very closed off and very enjoyable even in spring/autumn.

Fra køkkenet, som har en lille spiseplads, er der direkte udgang til en solrig, syd og vestvendt terrasse med havemøbler. Der er fri adgang til den frodige have. Here you can walk to the local beach or forrest and still be close to restaurants and shopping in the heart of Hellerup. You are also only a 20 drive from beautiful Copenhagen. You will have assess to the garden with different terrasses, so you are always able to find a spot in the sun. At evenings you can turn on the barbeque and enjoy the evening at one of the terrasses while the sun sets.

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.
