They are completely private spaces, so you have your own private entrance, space, room and bathroom with a shared backyard

Less than 30 min. to PHX Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix, including MLB spring training baseball fields. Driveway parking, private entrance, private kitchenette, bathroom, and walk in closet. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.
