House features 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, cooks-delight kitchen, and large dining room perfect for sharing meals with your family and loved ones. Quiet, green oasis surrounded by trees, birds and nature, yet only 15 minutes to downtown D.C. and less than 10 minutes to bustling downtown Bethesda with over 200 restaurants. We have a firm NO event policy.

The Kohler shower head in the bathroom offers firm pressure and the mini-fridge & microwave are on hand for snacks. Short term rental license no. STR25-00162. You have your own entrance to the space. The kitchenette is the only shared space so the host can access the laundry room. Locks are installed in all other area of the ground floor to ensure your privacy.
