Getaway to this private guest house conveniently located in Hollywood’s backyard. Located within the city of Burbank, home to the major studios. Covered with bamboo, the Green House is a private pool house. The updated Green House features a kitchenette, private bathroom, 50” smart TV, and a queen size memory foam mattress. Either enjoy the Green House or take a quick drive to Universal Studios and the other must see landmarks LA has to offer. EV charger available.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

We are close to Hollywood, Burbank, Pasadena, Echo Park, Downtown LA, Universal Studios, Griffith Park, LA Zoo, Rose Bowl, etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Total 650 square feet is yours for your stay. Please let us know in advance if you need the sofa bed set up. Street parking only.
