This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

In a well located neighborhood with both gorgeous architecture and the natural beauty of the Presidio forest so close by is a private entrance to an efficiency garden suite for up to two people. Facing our lush garden are a bedroom and a cozy sitting room w/kitchenette (microwave but no stove). Conveniently between the Marina, Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge, NOPA & Golden Gate Park, our unit is in just about the finest neighborhood in the city. Plus free and accessible street parking!

Private Studio with a beautiful view, surrounded by urban nature. The studio is cozy and cabin-like with everything you need to enjoy your visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet for a city setting. Duboce Triangle is a gorgeous, central neighborhood in San Francisco and arguably one of the best! Our walking score is 98. Enjoy Victorian houses and tree-lined walks to coffee shops, parks, restaurants, fitness studios, events, work, and easy access to public transit for all the sightseeing.

Situate yourself in our cozy Golden Gate Park apartment and explore San Francisco's natural beauty, local restaurants, and world-class museums. Garden studio - Presidio, Baker Beach

Newly renovated space within walking distance to SF attractions. Great for couples, or families with young kids. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.

Large independent studio in Lower Pac Height with a separate entrance. It is a quiet place. I live a level above the studio but we are separate. Garden Studio with a private entrance around the corner from the front door of the main house. This large studio walks out into a peaceful garden courtyard with a nice sitting area. While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Queen bed, in-suite bathroom & Breakfast bar. Quiet location.

This is a small private bedroom with private bathroom. The unit is located on the ground floor of our single-family house. It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Can walk to music festivals, museums, park, and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered
