This property is perfect for a getaway in the heart of Leelanau County, with prime access to area attractions like wineries, beaches, Fishtown, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Local amenities such as restaurants, a cafe, bakery, wineries, and distillery are within walking distance. Located near Lake Leelanau, boaters will appreciate ample parking and the close proximity to two boat launches.

Enjoy this 4 bed/3 bath getaway home on Spider Lake with 60 feet of private beach: an absolutely beautiful setting from sunrise to sunset and the pontoon boat at no extra cost in June, July, Aug, and Sept. Also, kayaks and paddle boats provided free of charge. It's the perfect place to stay in any season, only 11.5 miles from downtown the luxuries of downtown Traverse City, and well-protected from claustrophobic downtown traffic.

The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends. Close to restaurants, wineries, Horse Expo, golfing, putt putt, casino, downtown Traverse city and much more. Two queen size beds are on one side of the suite and queen size sleeper sofa is on the other side with a living area and kitchen. Both sides have full bath, tv and room to lounge. You will find the remodeled kitchen equipped for basic cooking needs, should you choose to cook in. The 2 queen beds have premium mattresses and now, modified "safe" bedding practices. Our place is close to a paved walking/biking trail called the TART Trail, with a peek of Cedar Lake, and about a block west of West GT Bay with access to a Marina and Boat Launch. It is situated at the base of the Leelanau Peninsula and 5-10 minutes from downtown Traverse City depending on traffic. We absolutely love this home and know that you will too!
