If you are looking for a nice, quiet 1 br suite for 1 or 2 this is a perfect choice. Your own space has access to Adirondack chairs, an outside table with 2 chairs, and a beautiful backyard. The suite is on the same grounds as our residence with parking for 1 car including your own separate entrance. We are located in a desirable area on the SE side of Springfield close to retail, restaurants, the Battlefield Mall, Mercy and Cox hospitals, MSU, downtown, and the Wonders of Wildlife/Bass Pro.

Our wonderful home features vintage interiors, rugs and art. It has no extra cleaning fees for up to two people. The home can accommodate 7 people. One and a half bathrooms. Located in the heart of the Historic Rountree neighborhood on a quiet tree-lined street. The house is 1,380 S.F. and 1 block from the MSU campus (JQH Arena), close to downtown, Cardinals Field, Pickwick/Cherry Street restaurant area. Garage access for parking your vehicle. You can get to Branson Missouri in 45-65 minutes take in the show or cruise Branson Belle or visit Silver Dollar City. then come back to your quaint cottage and relax and rest for the rest of the evening. The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 95 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.
