Rodeada de un jardín de 2.700 mts2, con una colección de plantas atractivas para las aves y las mariposas. A 6 kilómetros de la Universidad Nacional con solo un viaje en transporte público. A 25 minutos del Parque Nacional Braulio Carrillo. Se aceptan máximo dos mascotas pequeñas o medianas (consultar antes de reservar). No agresivas con otras personas u otras mascotas.

Our 2 floors house is perfect for families who need to spend some days in San Jose, Costa Rica or just to be close from the airport Juan Santamaría for one or more nights. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and can accommodate up to 6 adults plus 2 children. Has a full equipped kitchen and a gorgeous deck with bbq and social area. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bathroom at first floor. The property is located in a private residential and has security 24/7. Also has 2 parking spots included.

Private Oasis in Alajuela. 5 minutes away from the International Airport Juan Santamaria. Two mango trees in the garden provide a natural habitat for squirrels and a diversity of birds. Lovely decking to the garden ideal to chill with a glass of wine, take the sun in the morning with your breakfast. Pet friendly! No Kids. You are spoil for choice with vast variety of restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minutes walk. On a Main Road so yes, it can be noisy and there is no cable tv.

Excelente ubicación, a tan solo 5 min del aeropuerto, buses con acceso a las principales ciudades del país Alajuela, Heredia y San José. Muy cerca del city mall, farmacias y supermercados. Este apartamento lo hicimos con una idea diferente y es que el viajero pueda tener el acceso a un lugar económico por lo que ofrecemos todo muy básico para asegúrarnos que el precio no suba y sea del disfrute de muchas personas sin excedentes de dinero.
