Our property is perfect for family and friends, complete with a charcoal grill and outdoor seating area. Relax in one of our hammocks as you listen to the waves crash in the distance. Puerta Espinar Beach House

This beach house provides a stunning view over the main balcony and is located on a mile of lonely sandy beach. This breezy three story home is ideal for large families with four bedrooms and a roof deck providing the best view of the west coast. The main level has three bedrooms, two baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. The lower level studio has its own bathroom as well as a kitchenette and laundry. There are paddle boards, beach chairs and towels for our guests use.

LaCasita Ocean Front House

The ocean views from the house are spectacular, the sunset amazing. The sound of the waves during the night and the quiet mornings make this house ideal for a restful vacation. The house is made up of three separate units. The two bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms have their own entrance. Not ideal for families with small children. We’re happy to share our family Beach House with you but kindly ask you have only registered guest on the property.

Short distance to stores, restaurants and the town of Aguada. Popular area of Rincon is about 5 miles away. 15 minutes from BQN airport.
