WIFI, bathroom, kitchenette (coffee maker, blender, citrus juicer, mini fridge & electric tea kettle, electric ceramic skillet, grill outside), AC, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds & closet. Open studio plan with a loft. In the quiet hills, 5 minutes in car from Rincon & Aguada beaches. One dog on our 1/4 acre land. 4ppl maximum. 5 minute drive down the hill to the center of town. Rinse sand off. No animals allowed inside the property due to allergies.

The property is located in a cul-de sac, in a quiet and upscale neighborhood WiFi. We have a back-up generator and back up water tank.
