One of Bowen’s favorite Cottages. Fondly known as the ‘Caboose’ as it's a separate living space from the main house located at the back of the property. A 10 minute drive across the Island from the ferry and the amenities of Snug Cove. Close to Tunstall Bay Beach, the oceanside trail and beaches in The Cape and one of the west side access trails to hike up Mt Gardner. Suitable for a quiet retreat for singles or a couples only. Amazing rock fireplace, large fully stocked country kitchen, sunroom with 180 degree view of it all. The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. Two large ocean-view decks, a hot tub overlooking the ocean and a tidal islet where otters, seals and birdlife congregate, and even the occasional Orca sighting!
