You will love this 120m2 beach-front Villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for couples or families. Two of the bedrooms are large enough to add a baby cot; the other cannot, but is suitable for children.The living room is superb. Outside, the partially covered terrace with dining and sun bathing area leads directly to the beach with great views to the nearly islands. Full wi-fi is included + internet TV . The swimming pool is behind the villa just a moments walk away.

Studio is on the 4th lower level of our villa in the SW, 30 mins from airport, in a small village with a laid back feel called Thong Krut. 900 sq ft studio, TV, Wifi & AC. Open plan, lounge area, American style kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, bedroom area & bathroom with shower, balcony with sun beds, full sea view. Use of infinity pool and sala. Note pool isn’t on the same level. The studio is a secure gated community with security cameras.

It is an architectural villa on the south side of Koh Samui, private and in a natural environment, it has sweeping ocean views and has a great salt water lap pool. Half way up a hill, it gets natural breezes, whithout mozzies even at dusk. It is minimally designed, but takes maximum advantage of the nature. It is called the naked house because the walls are left naked. We primarily cater to families and couples.
