This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. You are welcome to explore our 1.5 acre meadow. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and there is a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Beautiful sunny flat with balcony, 10mins to beach

My home is on a private leafy road in St Leonards on Sea, a creative town with cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, art galleries and an independent cinema. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and the station 15 mins, for trains to Brighton, London and Ashford International. Hastings Old Town, with nightlife, quaint shops and fresh fish caught daily, is a 35 min walk along the sea front. This is my home so my belongings are stored here but I keep eveything packed away as much as possible.

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

Stylish one-bedroom studio in Appledore, Kent

The studio which has recently been refurbished, is set in the garden adjacent to the main house. It has it’s own entrance exclusively for guests, which you enter via French doors off the patio. This space can also be enjoyed for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon or evening. We are set in the picturesque village of Appledore which has a local shop, beautiful church and a lovely country pub all within a two minute walk from the studio.

The Oast House B&B offers luxurious and spacious accommodation comprised of a double bedroom and luxury shower room, with ample space for relaxing. The private room with its own lockable entrance is in a peaceful location, overlooking the gardens and pond, which is usually home to a several wild ducks and sometimes ducklings, and far-reaching views over the gorgeous hills and ancient woodland of the High Weald in East Sussex.
