Welcome to Villa Neptun The Villa is placed 100 meters from idyllic beach and with a free view to the ocean & Sweden from the balcony. Placed in historic neighborhood “Nationernes Alle” in middle of Elsinore area close to the very popular Hotel and spa resort “Marienlyst”. 35 min drive to Copenhagen Only 3 min drive/10 min walk via the maritime and cultural harbor to the old historic center of Elsinore with access to many cultural highlights such as Kronborg castle & lively shopping streets

Beautifull Villa by Hornbaek Lake and Beach

The Villa LakeView was build by a Sea Pilot. He needed to have a clear view to the ocean from his office. The garden toward the south is facing the Lake shore. The house is very big and roomy although very charming and cozy. Beeing located facing south on a dead end street only 100 Meter from center of town and only a few hounded meters from the Ocean - The Garage and a small appartment in the west end of the house is not part of the house for rent. But no facilities or garden are shared.

Hyggelig gammel ville i hjertet af Hornbæk. 7 minutters gang fra havet og smuk strand. 5 min fra skoven og 2 minutter fra by og indkøb. Huset er i to etager. I stueplan findes et værelse, badeværelse og køkken alrum med adgang til en dejlig terasse. På 1 sal findes 3 værelser og udgang til skøn altan hvorfra i kan se sø og hav. Herfra kan smukke solnedgange nydes. Vi har fire høns som gerne bidrager med æg, hvis man sørger for at de har mad og vand. Vi har også en lille hund, men gør grundigt

Beliggenheden giver Jer gode muligheder for både at opleve Hornbæk’s sommer liv eller trække Jer tilbage i den børnevenlig villa med trampolin, fodboldmål, badebassin, gynger, volleyball net og bålsted. Boligen har også to terrasser med sol morgen middag og aften og rig mulighed for at grille eller lave hjemmelavet pizza i pizzaovn.
