My grandmother designed the cottage around a vintage house trailer (tiny house)1956. There are many unique and cleaver features. Family mementos through history are on display.

The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. About 8 minutes to holiday valley, 5 minutes to Holiday Valley Tubing, 9 minutes to the Holiday Valley golf course, 13 minutes to Pumpkinville, and 20 minutes to Allegany State Park.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
