This is unit two of a duplex, but you will find the set up is still very private, with your own driveway and a fenced in back yard with a privacy fence that is divided from the other unit.

Ideal for couples, business and adventure travelers to relax in a "private" cottage on a bluff. Safe parking for vehicles. Tie a boat at the dock. This quaint 1960’s farmhouse sits beside a beautiful old magnolia tree. There is a complete kitchen and dining room alongside a comfortable living room with wi-if, a tv, and record player. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a half bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. The den has a fireplace and pull out sleeper sofa. The highlight of this house is the large screened in porch looking out across the cow pasture.
