The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Miss Fancy (Ladies of the Court)

**LGBTQ+ friendly & 17 yr old House Cat lives here** Welcome to Miss Fancy. This victorian home was built in the late 1800's and has been everything from a spa to a brothel to a BnB. This home is currently used part time as a photo studio as well under Madison Hurley Photography! The house is located right off Central Ave. in downtown HS and is walking distance from many restaurants and beautiful bathhouse row. Also includes in-house massage therapist options. No children allowed.

The River Nest (Hot Tub/River Front)

The River Nest is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The River Nest was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the South Saline River. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

Tree Loft at Jack Mountain

Enjoy a romantic mountain top getaway for 2 within the trees! (4x4 or AWD is required) The property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
