Top floor of cottage on the ocean with view across the straits to Nanaimo/Vancouver Island. Short ferry ride from the mainland. Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

1 BR garden suite on quiet street. 3 blocks from beach. Separate entrance leads to bright LR with gas FP and workspace. Private adjoining full kitchen. Double bed in bedroom and a pull out couch queen bed in LR. Secure door to shared laundry for long-term stays. Within 2 blocks: 2 grocery, bakeries, sushi, coffee, 1 liquor store, 1 bar & one of Vancouver’s best Italian restaurants. 40min to airport by transit or 20min by taxi. UBC is a 5min drive. 5min walk to the 4 and 84 bus stop.

Your private bathroom is huge! Just a 30 minute drive to Langdale ferry terminal, you are sure to fill your days exploring the area with art shows and festivals throughout the year.

The front window offers unmatched, waterfront/sunset views of Kits Beach, Stanley Park, English Bay, and beyond. Quite private and very cool. Waterfront! A beautiful, newly-renovated suite with modern coastal style. Walk out of the french doors onto your private patio to the Davis Bay shore! Located between Gibsons and Sechelt with walkout access to Davis Bay beach. Perfect for a couple or small family, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new pull-out sofa bed in the living room. New for 2021...We had a baby! This may mean some additional noise as we live upstairs. We added extra sound insulation when we renovated.

Oceanfront Home - 1bdr Suite is a separate space.

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Spacious, peaceful 1250 sq ft. upper totally self contained suite. The crystal clear Nanaimo river at your doorstep. Spacious kitchen is ready for the family chef but if you don’t feel like cooking the neighborhood offers a variety of pubs and restaurants. Many trails close by for walking or jogging. Only a 10 minute drive to both the airport and B.C. ferries. Pets are permitted only with approval. If you plan on bringing your pet please message me before you book.

(It's all yours, walk kilometers in either direction). Situated on the southern shore of Halfmoon Bay protected from wind, the setting enjoys the full benefits of a western exposure with unbelievable sunset views, swimming, boating, etc.
