Hannah's Haven is a cozy 2nd floor apartment in my home. My youngest daughter, Hannah, lived here for 5 years. It was her haven, The separate entrance and off-street parking make it an attractive place for guests. In the historic Oakland neighborhood of Topeka, convenient to downtown Topeka, the Capitol, and our 3 hospitals. Nicely decorated, fully equipped for short- or long-term stays, plenty of space for one or two guests. Guests staying more than a month may ask for an additional discount.

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Located 2 blocks from the State Capitol Building and a 5 minute walk to Kansas Avenue, the main downtown street with many shopping and dining options, this apartment is roomy and comfortable. With one queen bed and a queen airbed available upon request, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in this unit. The unit has been fully renovated and is part of an 18 unit building which was built in 1904. Modern features and amenities have been added to the apartment, the building, and the grounds.

The Brownstone on Main located in downtown Mayetta Kansas is a unique, historic, second story studio loft close to many different seasonal attractions. The keyless entry studio features all the comforts of home including washer dryer, towels, linens, Wi-Fi, and large kitchen with appliances. Though only a couple minutes from restaurants, businesses, shopping you feel like you are in the country. You are on almost 2 acres of land surrounded with mature trees, make yourself at home and enjoy the room to roam. Plenty of parking for multiple cars/trucks for work crews! Easy in and out.
