A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. This is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday in the popular North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham. The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).

This little gem sits in an idyllic spot nestled between a natural salt water lake and the beach. The sea-facing views from the fenced and canopied decked area at the front of the property are spectacular and ever changing with the tides.

The flat is part of a converted Victorian town house, recently renovated. There is off-street parking and outside space for BBQs and drinks. With a spacious kitchen diner, bathroom, master bedroom and a cosy living room on the ground floor and second bedroom upstairs.

Ridge Cottage is situated on a quiet private road just 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton and is next door to the well renowned Hunstanton Golf Course. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.
