Sunset house in Hydra

Our parents build this wonderful house in the traditional architecture of Hydra. The house is located in the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kamini, more quiet and peaceful compared to the lively and cosmopolitan port of Hydra. It is 15 min walk from the central port of Hydra (along a scenic road next to the sea) or 3 min by water taxi. The house is only 90 steps(usually are more than 200) from the Kamini sea side road but the spectacular view from the terrace make it worth the effort.

We welcome you in our cottage house in Taktikoupoli, boasting a strategic location between Methana and Poros island, just 1 km away from the nearest coast (by car). A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Plus, the garden spot is a lovely place to watch the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

Close to the Harbor for your night out on the Port! GPS says it's a 10' minute walk up the hill to the NEF Villas. 2' Balcony's with tables and chairs. Quiet neighborhood for a good night rest. Eat-in kitchen, with all utilities, stove oven, elc grill for toast/meats, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, clothes washer, air-conditioner and internet TV. Outside, balcony with shade covering table & chairs to your advantage!! It's a comfy home!!! Come and enjoy !

The "House in the center of Hydra" is a two floor apartment, located less than a minute away from the port. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent.
