Vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago

Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. BREATHTAKING VIEW ON THE ARCHIPELAGO Charming apartment,furnished in ethnic style,with every comfort,in an old cottage just renovated according to the bioarchitecture,amidst the Mediterranean bush in the most beautiful part of Elba island with breathtaking views on the Tuscan archipelago and (email hidden) a.s.l.,overlooking famous Cavoli beach. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Elegant, overlooking the sea, the Villa integrates perfectly with the surrounding nature. The small private pier under the villa offers maximum comfort for those who love the sea without sacrificing privacy. It is allowed temporary docking only, not stable. Two splendid beaches (Procchio and Spartaia) are a few hundred meters from the Villa as well as the town of Procchio to be able to meet various needs. Luminoso monolocale per due/tre persone (25 mq circa), con grande finestra affacciata sul verde della macchia mediterranea. Semplice, ristrutturato nel 2022, corredato di wifi, aria condizionata/pompa di calore, zanzariere, posto auto privato. Particolarmente adatto a chi desidera vivere il mare senza l'obbligo di usare l'auto. Raggiungibili a piedi: Spiaggia di Redinoce attrezzata in 3 minuti, spiaggia della Paolina di fronte all’omonimo isolotto 10 minuti. Agosto solo affitti settimanali

Villetta indipendente di recente costruzione, curata nei particolari con un'indimenticabile vista mare. A piedi (300 mt) si raggiungono la spiaggia degli STECCHI e MADONNA DELLE GRAZIE. L'esterno è recintato con accesso e parcheggio privato indipendente. La casa è costruita su due livelli: al piano inferiore due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con bagno esclusivo; al piano superiore la cucina/soggiorno ed un altro bagno, terrazza vista mare. Bar a 50 m, moltissimi ristoranti a 150 m. appartamento adatto anche a chi viaggia senza auto fermata bus a 100 m.Posizione strategica per visitare le miniere di Calamita,ottima soluzione per motociclisti e ciclisti.Parcheggio moto comunale libero proprio vicinissimo 10 m.Il tramonto la sera dal terrazzo è stupendo.Non ha Riscaldamento.Dal 01/10 al 04/10/21 cii sono ordinananzeche limitano il traffico e strade chiuse causa manifestazioni sportive.
