Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Villa Kameneo - Steinhaus mit Garten & Pool

Im Jahr 2018 haben wir uns in dieses über 100 Jahre alte Steinhaus verliebt u. es in den letzten Jahren renoviert. Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf unweit von Rovinj und dem Meer entfernt. Es verfügt über drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit drei Doppel- und zwei Einzelbetten. Zusätzlich stehen unseren Gästen zwei Badezimmer u. eine große Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich zur Verfügung. Der 700m2 große mediterrane Garten verfügt über einen Pool (27m2) u. eine überdachte Sommerküche mit Grillbereich.

The villa has a huge swimming pool of 36sqm, a jacuzzi for 5, and above everything there is a glass dome that heats the water and air above the water, protects from rain and wind, and also protects from UV rays. The pool water is heated by a heat pump. You don't have to worry about bad weather, the water temperature is pleasant for swimming in winter as well as the air around the pool. You have a sauna and a fireplace. Villa Julijud has an excellent view of the clear night sky with stars.
