This home is only four miles from Sanford Stadium making it convenient to any and all UGA related activities.

A perfect retreat for a family to reconnect with mother nature or just for a quiet getaway. Our guests love the fire pit and front porch swing. Basement level apartment has full time resident. Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

The spare bedroom is furnished with a twin over double bunk bed, that has a trundle bed for an addition guest. Living room has a very comfy sectional couch and 75" TV. This home away from home will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and convenient to shopping and downtown.

This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.

This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
