Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak park i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI

The cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the more than 50 years old stone house. From the apartment there is exit directly to the garden. The sea is on 50 meters walk trough the garden. From the terrace there is a partial seaview.
