Kayaks & a paddle board that are welcomed to be used. Other side you will find the elms golf course, clubhouse/restaurant (5min walk/2min ride) and friendly chipman lane, great for a walk!

The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
