The cabin is a turn of the century Appalachian log home, with all the amenities and conveniences that make life comfortable. We are just off the the main corridor heading in to the Smoky's and surrounding attractions. The cabin sits on a 4 acre knoll on Douglas Lake...this is truly a Mountain and Lake vacation! With 600 miles of shoreline to explore, this cabin is a destination unto itself. This cabin is a living museum to our Appalachian history that remind guests of simpler times and ways.

Lakefront Log Cabin on Douglas lake. Close to local attractions, golf, fishing and much more. You can enjoy the beauty of the lake or go to Dollywood or many other local attractions and be there in 30-40 min. There are boat, pontoon, paddle board, jet ski and kayak rentals just minutes from the cabin. Bring your own and tie them up at our dock. This cabin has seasonal water early April to mid Sept. depending on rainfall. We have a private floating dock as long as we have water in the cove.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Luxurious and comfortable, this 2 level home has 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8 privately and a loft that can sleep 2 more. There is a spacious living and dining room and an open kitchen area with updated appliances. Relax on the covered back porch and watch the sunset on wooden rocking chairs. 1st Floor is wheelchair accessible.
