As well as a comfortable double bedroom, it has a spacious living area with a kitchen area where guests can prepare their own breakfasts and microwave meals. It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

The Grain Dryer, Harrington.

This is a converted barn in rural Northants. The most memorable thing is the view!! It sits in isolation with no neighbours for a mile but looks out over miles of uninterrupted countryside. The barn has a 5 acre paddock on which there are 9 friendly sheep and has a huge patio from which to view the beauty of the surroundings. To the side there is a pergola and seating looking over the side field. 5/6 beds including one downstairs for those with mobility problems.
