Renovated one story home, featuring a full kitchen. Gather in the den, which has a sleeper sofa, loveseat and recliner. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Privacy fenced backyard with fire pit.

We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
