Welcome to the Barn Swallow Manor! This fully updated, remodeled and handicap accessible first floor lodging accommodates 12 guests (and two pets) of all ages and abilities. We do not allow cats however due to allergy issues. Enjoy comfort and privacy inside and 11.5 country acres w/ creek outside, close to restaurants, Tanger Outlet, hospitals, Gun Lake casino, Grand Rapids, and much more. The Barn House is perfect for family reunions, small group retreats, or simply gathering with friends.

Waterfront family getaway! We have a waiting list we can add you to as our algorithms predict the best scenario and currently... "From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book. 1-night stays are approved on case-by-case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times.

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 4 with queen-sized beds, one with a bunk bed, one with 2 twin beds, and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

The lake & sandy beach are in front of the bungalow; and out back, there is a SEASONAL BUNKHOUSE which overlooks a tranquil, vernal pond in the woods.
