Property has parking available and is located only a short block from the city’s marina, local winery, brewery, and Crescent Beach. Conveniently located in downtown Kewaunee and walking distance to Lake Michigan and the beautiful harbor. It was built in 1906 as a brewery and renovated in 2008 into a residence, keeping its old charm. It’s a short drive to Door County, Manitowoc and GreenBay. Dogs are allowed. Bathtub is higher than usual, not suitable for disabled.
