Hi, im Dimitris from Corfu Greece. My new built apartment is at the village of Kontokali next to the Gouvia Marina (sailing boats). The apartment is very central to explore the old town of Corfu and all the island. The nearest beach is at a distance of 10 minutes walk and also in the area you can find : pool, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, farmacy, hospital and supermarkets. I will be here for you for anything you need.

Old Town Apartment

My home (80m2) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).

Our apartment is located inside the Old Town of Corfu, next to the Byzantine museum, with a breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea. This brand new, spacious apartment was fully renovated in 2021 with brand new furniture, bathroom, kitchen, windows and AC system. The building was built by my family and has been our family home for over 15 years.
