Step inside and be greeted by original features like low ceilings, doorways and exposed beams, creating an authentic atmosphere. Osprey Cottage in Manton is a beautifully presented end terrace property which sleeps 4 guests. One bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom that can be configured either as single beds (2’6” wide) or a king, and a stylish bathroom. Finished in a contemporary style with modern facilities including Wi-Fi(74mb), TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a garden with a shed and we welcome well-behaved dogs(£20 charge applies). Bedding and towels are included.

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet village with excellent transport links into Newark-on-Trent and Southwell area, it's ideally placed for access to the Newark Showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to a riverside pub. A completely private flat with two bedrooms, one very large double with seating area and one small twin, both with TVs. There is a large waterfall shower room, kitchenette, utility area, private entrance with parking for two cars and your own courtyard.

During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Three bedrooms: two king-size rooms with en-suites and a twin room that can convert to a super-king-size. Plus extra shower room. Pets are welcome, with woodland trails and open spaces nearby. Additional amenities include an on-site gym and a coffee lounge.
