With movie nights and relaxation in mind, our home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a fun and memorable visit or staycation in Raleigh. It is conveniently only 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh. The 4 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests. Guests will also have access to the movie theatre upstairs, outside deck w/ comfy seating and grill, and office (perfect for WFH).

Please note this rental lives in owner's back yard, accessible by driveway. We've built this place so that you can optimize your stay. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Kick back and relax in either of our two spacious living rooms or on the large deck overlooking a sprawling private backyard. The house boasts a full-size BBQ grill and a half basketball court.

Cozy guest cottage backed by woods! 550 sq ft private house with loft bedroom, full kitchen and bath. 30 min from Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and 10 min to Fuquay-Varina with 10 minute access to the 40. Clean and comfy! High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee, tea & snacks. Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.
