Stonington Harbor Cottage - Vacation / Remote Work

3 night minimum stay. A 10% discount for monthly stays (minimum of 28 nights). This 2018 TINY HOUSE, built as a "honeymoon suite" is a bright, cozy 2 room cottage that sleeps 1-2. Please no children, it is not "baby proofed". A full kitchen has cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. ONE (1) WELL BEHAVED DOG IS ALLOWED, NO OTHER PETS. Parking for one car, no trucks/trailers; there is limited turning space. Ask about extra parking. No TV, good wifi. It's a quiet zone after 10pm.

Newly renovated home on historical Waterfront farm

28 acre property is a Forever Farm surrounded by rolling hills and Lake frontage . This farm is also referenced in the historical book “ Come Spring “ we purchased this beautiful property in 2019 and have spent the last year renovating it. Our favorite part of the home are the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the round Pond . This is very peaceful retreat. On a daily basis , you can pick your own fresh eggs from coop and feed our pigs . We are 15min to Camden ,Rockport , Rockland .

The "Crystal Palace"

The "Crystal Palace" is a small semi-detached cottage connected by a bridge to the main house on our property. The property sits on 10 acres of land at the foot of Mt. Battie and there are hiking opportunities right out the back door. The kitchenette has cooking facilities available to cook breakfast and the occasional meal. (No dishwasher) There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a fold out bed in the living room, but it is definitely a one bedroom dwelling.

Single floor living at its finest. Conveniently located to both Camden and Rockland, enjoy this 3 bdrm 1.5 bath home in a great country setting. Just 1/2 mile to route 1 and very close to the ocean. Come enjoy the large back deck over looking the peaceful maine woods. The front door in about 50’ from the road, which can be busy at certain time of the day. There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
