The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Ravens Roost Lodging - Suite View

Suite View is a fully furnished private apartment close to downtown with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom with a queen size in the bedroom and an electric reclining couch in the living room. It has a small kitchen sink, mini fridge, and microwave. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac with some ocean views, a big deck, and a dedicated parking spot. Kodiak Hana Suites (Unit 3) - Private Beach Access

Situated right on the ocean, this newly renovated duplex offers some of the most spectacular views anywhere on the island. You will be staying on the first floor of the house complete with three bedrooms, a living room, fully stocked kitchen, a backyard, and private beach access. Save $50 per day with a minimum 4 day stay and car rental with Kodiak Car Rentals. (New bookings after May 1, 2025. May 15 to September 2025) Set on a quiet cul-de-sac street with lots of parking and room to stretch out.. 3 bedrooms & bonus room(additional "Harry Potter room" with twin bed - this is just like it sounds a room under the stairs), 2.5 baths, living room, kitchen, laundry room, ample decks backing to woods. Can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 guests in beds).

The Whale - Whale Island Cabin on the water

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.
