We are close to everywhere! 90 minutes from Corner Inlet, Wilsons Prom & the snow at Mt. Baw Baw, 60 minutes from Tarra Bulga National Park, 5 minutes from the Grand Ridge Brewery and its restaurant and bar - and light years away from stress!

A wonderful cosy cottage, located centrally in the beautiful historic village of Loch, in the heart of South Gippsland, Victoria. Located on the main street just a gentle walk to the shops, cafes and brewery (& easy walking distance to events/markets). Loch itself is centrally located along the A440 for those exploring the beautiful Gippsland countryside on a driving holiday, it is also ideally located for breaking up a long drive to Wilsons Promontory or Phillip Island along this route.

The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. 30% discount for 7 day stays or longer, 30% discount for monthly stays. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
