Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Im Jahr 2018 haben wir uns in dieses über 100 Jahre alte Steinhaus verliebt u. es in den letzten Jahren renoviert. Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf unweit von Rovinj und dem Meer entfernt. Es verfügt über drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit drei Doppel- und zwei Einzelbetten. Zusätzlich stehen unseren Gästen zwei Badezimmer u. eine große Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich zur Verfügung. Der 700m2 große mediterrane Garten verfügt über einen Pool (27m2) u. eine überdachte Sommerküche mit Grillbereich.

Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
