Willkommen in meinem gemütlichen Airbnb in der ersten Etage meiner Unterkunft! Als pensionierter Regierungsbeamter freue ich mich, meine Unterkunft auf Gäste zu erweitern. Ich wohne im Erdgeschoss, also bin ich in der Nähe, falls du Unterstützung während deines Aufenthalts benötigst. Der Raum im ersten Stock verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche für deinen Komfort. Ich habe ein voll möbliertes Haus von 750 Quadratfuß , gut für Paare/ Familien (mit Kindern) und Geschäftsreisende und gut gelegen mit Lebensmittelgeschäften/ Apotheken im Umkreis von 200 m, erstklassigen Restaurants im Umkreis von 2-3 km und Bahnhof/Flughafen im Umkreis von 5-8 km. Obwohl kein Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt wird, sind Mikrowelle und Induktionsherd in der Wohnung mit Kaffee, Tee und Zuckersäcken vorhanden. Kann bei Bedarf einen Lebensmittellieferservice vorschlagen. Ich wohne nebenan wohne und helfe gern weiter!
