The property is split by a fence with two smaller dogs in the back house that are well contained. ** no smoking on property or in unit, if smoking is evident an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added after check out . *this is a quiet safe neighborhood near kate sessions Park , there will be normal neighborhood noises i.e. Monday morning trash pick up. **There is a strict no extra guest policy, only those staying at the studio are allowed on the premise, no parties or gatherings of any kind. ** no dogs (requests can be submitted for small dogs under 20lbs w/ additional cleaning fee of $50 **any additional cleaning needed is charged at a rate of $20 per hr.

La Jolla Oceanfront Serenity Suite

The Suite has it all except it’s smaller than our grand Master Suite . This place is spiritual. It’s just you overlooking the beach with six thousand miles to go before you see your closest neighbors across the ocean. You are just above the breaking surf. The private entrance has a gentle slope upwards, no steps, room for surfboards and bicycles, and a big spa on the blufftop. There is no beach access here.

La Jolla studio, mile from beach

This studio rental is a mile uphill from the beach. The unit has three rooms — the main section with queen size bed, dining table and seating; the bathroom (shower); and kitchenette (refrigerator, two burner electric stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, and electric juicer). Enjoy a glass of wine or fresh orange juice in the garden. Large yard and several patios (shared space).

We are 5 minutes from the freeway for quick access to all the great attractions in San Diego. A easy 25 minute drive from the airport. and high speed Wifi.

Das Zimmer ist klein aber gemutlich. Es hat ein queen Bett, kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, Kuhlschrank, Micro, Kaffe Maschine, Toaster, und Geschir. Drausen kann mann herrlich sitzen und die Aussicht bewundern. Unsere Lage is 2 blocks zur Stadt und 5 blocks zum Mehr. (Leider ist mein Deutsch schreiben nicht zu gut)
