Rattlebeck Farm is a traditional & cosy cottage, with modern decor & facilities. The Cottage boats a private patio with hot tub & incredible views, 55" Smart TV, Log Burning Stove, kitchen & dining area, 2 double bedrooms with Smart TVs (1 ensuite), & a main bathroom. Located just outside the chaos of the Lake District honeypot towns, we are just 5 mins from Caldbeck in the Lake District, 20 mins from Keswick & Derwentwater, 30 mins from the Solway Coast & 20 mins from the City of Carlisle.

Dog- friendly cottage with woodburner & games room

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

Pretty annexe property nestled behind the main house. Very quiet location set within the garden space. Off road parking Semi rural location yet a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

There is parking for three cars. With an enclosed garden, and grassed area with seating and a beautiful hot tub, Burrow Cottage is an ideal retreat for families and small groups, with amazing access into the heart of the Lake District. A great open plan house for chilling or catching up with friends and family. 3 comfortable bedrooms, two additional sleeping areas (a day bed and a sofa bed). Great for walking and outdoor adventures, and 20 minutes drive from the sea. Easy linked to the beautiful gem town of Cockermouth, cultural Keswick, and bustling Carlisle as we are just off the main A road.

Anchors Pointe- Pet friendly, close to blackpool

Anchors Pointe is the perfect base for a seaside break. Located 2minutes from Cleveleys high street where you will find a variety of shops, cafes, bars, takeaways and arcades. The beach is less than a 7 minute walk away and the tram stop to Blackpool & Fleetwood is 5minutes away. There is a big Aldi 2minutes away. The house is pet friendly and has a secure garden for dogs.
