The bunk house is nestled among majestic oaks on a small livestock ranch in the heart of the Hill Country. Come escape the craziness of the city and hang with the other ranch residents: Bud & Sissy the Donkeys, Dune Bug & Doc the horses and Roman & Claudia the floppy eared goats.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. This stylish home has a spacious dock with lake views.  It has both covered and uncovered portions equipped with chairs, loungers, porch swing, and a gas fire pit. We are located on a protected cove great for fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, and kayaking. There are paddle boards, Kyaks, and floats for your use.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
