We doubled the size of the lakeside deck in 2020, it's the largest deck for a 1b/1b condo you'll find anywhere in Lake of the Ozarks. We have the kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils, and cooking equipment you could ever need.

Enjoy this waterfront home with lots of parking. Only a few steps to the dock on a quite no wake cove. Patio and swim platform on the dock. The house is 1812 sf featuring 3 bedrooms/2 baths. Bed 1 - King bed w/rollout, Bed 2 - Queen bed w/rollout, Bed 3 - Queen with a twin trundle bed pullout. Sleeps 9, Full kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table, full laundry, screened in patio area with fridge, Lots of parking. Boat slip is owner occupied but you are welcome to tie up to the dock.

If you need more sleeping use pull out couch.

Live bands from Bear Bottom Resort entertains on Friday and Saturday nights, and relish the great fishing around the dock, beautiful sunsets, friendly neighbors, and easy access to various restaurants.
