Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. Rauhallinen ainutlaatuinen paikka. Talo kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Käytössäsi on palju, puusauna, sähkösauna, soutuvene ja kalastusvälineitä. Kesällä voit nauttia ympärillä virtaavasta joesta uiden, soutaen tai kalastaen. Talvella ylläsi on tähtitaivas ja ehkä jopa revontulet. Talvella voit hiihtää, kävellä tai moottorikelkkailla joen jäällä. Merelle on mökiltä matkaa noin 2 kilometriä. Soveltuu erinomaisesti yöpymiseen tai pidempiaikaiseen majouttumiseen.

Laadukas ja rauhallinen majoitus

Perheesi on lähellä kaikkea, kun majoitut tässä keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa kohteessa. Kauppaan ja muihin palveluihin on todella lyhyt matka. Rinteet sijaitsevat myös lähellä. Poreallas katetulla terassilla on käytössäsi koko majoittumisen ajan. Laadukkaasti sisustettu ja viimeistelty majoitus jossa viihtyy mukavasti pidemmänkin aikaa. Omassa rauhassa kuitenkin keskeisellä paikalla. Oma sauna ja takka tekevät majoittumisesta entistä mukavampaa.

Tervetuloa tähän täysin varustettuun huoneistoomme rauhallisella Rantavitikan alueella, lähellä Kemijoen rantaa. Asunnolta on noin 2 kilometrin etäisyys Rovaniemen keskustaan. Bussipysäkki on 250 metriä, josta on suora kulkuyhteys kaupungin keskustaan ja Santa Claus Villageen. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan on noin 100 metriä. Täydellinen kohde lapsiperheille!

Villa Gaissa on korkeatasoinen lomahuvila Tunturi-Lapissa, upeassa Pallas-Yllästunturin kansallispuiston sydämessä Enontekiöllä. Huvilan suurista ikkunoista avautuu upea Lapin luonto. Olohuoneessa istuessa tuntuu kuin olisit osana kaunista maisemaa. Tähtitaivaan ja revontulien tarkkailu onnistuu mukavasti huvilan sisältä, lasitetulta- tai avoterassilta.

By car you can get right in front of the door, there is a key box next to the door. The kitchen has all stuff you need for cooking. The apartment has a sauna and a terrace in the backyard with the possibility of barbeque. Quiet and child-friendly area.
