Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Eté comme hiver, vous aurez rapidement accès aux loisirs et plaisirs du lac Léman ou de la montagnes : 10mn Evian(lac),10 mn stations ski.

The chalet is good for couples and ideal for families. Pets welcome. Given the beauty of the chalet and its antique restoration, we don't host big group celebration parties.

Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, cet endroit sera votre point de départ pour de magnifiques balades à pieds, vélo. Les remontées mécaniques ou bains thermaux se trouvent à 5 mins en voiture.

Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living/dining area, smart TV, fibre-optic internet, and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The spacious east-facing entrance offers stunning views of the Mont Blanc Massif, including the Aiguille du Midi and Les Drus. Outside, a small private deck with table and chairs opens to an unfenced garden.
