As the owners we live in the upstairs of the home (completely securely separated) and are available if you need anything! We enjoy sharing this beautiful home with others! A great one bedroom space in historic downtown Columbia, SC in the Land Bank Lofts building. It is within walking distance to all you may need in the area including fine and casual dining, coffee shops, museums and plenty of entertainment. The loft was remodeled with an industrial feel with high ceilings and exposed venting and ductwork but equipped with all conveniences. It has been decorated with an eclectic flair with local historic pieces and artifacts.
