Villa Sarita ist so konzipiert und gebaut (2008-2010). Mit natürlichen Materialien, Backstein, natürlichen weißen Stein, Eiche und Terracota Istrien, die in klassischer Weise verarbeitet wurden. Die Villa erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 350 m2 Wohnfläche (200m2 und 150m2 Terrasse innen) und 2.000 m2 Fläche im Hof skopu die ein Wald von Eichen ist. Erdgeschoss-Wohnung ist funktional mit all den notwendigen Platz für 8-10 Personen ausgelegt komfortable Zimmer, wo sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Our house is located in the small fishing village of Ližnjan, in southern Istria, Croatia. The house is 1 km away from the nearest beach, which is suitable for small children. Within a 3 km radius, there are many wild beaches, either rocky or pebbly, with crystal-clear sea. You can reach these wild beaches by car via a stone road or on foot if you prefer. The house is approximately 9 km from the larger city of Pula, where you can visit numerous historical and other attractions.
