The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

The Sandbox has been removed and replaced by grass. This home will bring back childhood memories. Recently remodeled back dock with fire pit, covered dock. Take one of the 5 complimentary kayaks out on the river, or enjoy the Large Aqua Lily Pad! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy inside including Smart TVs with complimentary YouTube TV. You can spend the evening enjoying the views of the sunset from the water. VERY children friendly. Shallow water 3-4'

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
