Close to great restaurants and attractions including Hu-Bs, Buzzard Rock and Venture River Water Park. Can sleep up to 7, if you use the loft space. Features include functional kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, large insulated garage, plenty of parking, fire pit, horseshoes. Convenience/liquor store close by. RV Hookups

More like Netflix and *gill* because we're just 1 mile from Lake Barkley/ KY Lake. 🍔 Our kitchen is so fully stocked, even Gordon Ramsay would be impressed. Take a seat on the *huge* deck, where the blackstone will turn your BBQ game from zero to hero. 👶 Travelling with minis? We've got a crib, high chair and toys to keep them entertained so they never want to "leaf"!

With room to comfortably sleep 12 guests, it’s an ideal spot for family gatherings or group getaways. The house features a distinctive green roof and provides a relaxing retreat with easy access to local attractions.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Minutes from Eddy Creek Marina, bring your boat and launch it from there or just rent a transient slip for the weekend. Minutes from Venture River Water park. Just a short drive away from Kentucky Lake Attractions World famous Patty's Restraunt ( make your reservations early). Or just relax on the back deck, grilling and overlooking beautiful Barkley Lake. Dont forget land between the lakes.

Direct access to private boating and swimming dock, kayaking, paddle boating, smore making..... What more can you ask for......... Oh and we are pet friendly!!! The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.

Most importantly it is a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. Less than 2 hours from Nashville! As of 2/28 we have ordered a Tornado Shelter. Installation will happen in 4-6 weeks.
