Peaceful self-contained studio apartment at the top of the Howth Hill. The studio has a stunning view. It has a kitchen area with a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and a bathroom. The Summit Inn, which serves food, is a three minute walk away, as is a shop selling essentials. There are buses to Howth village, Howth train station and Dublin City Centre. Hill and cliff walks are on the doorstep The studio is attached to a family home with its own separate staircase and entrance.

The space has high speed internet and smart tv Sandymount village is a very upmarket neighbourhood with fabulous cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. We are a 20 min bus ride to the city centre. 10 min walk to the Aviva stadium. Train station close by! The apartment is on the 1st floor, there are steps up to it and no lift.
